Stephen Hart Death, Obituary; Esteemed member of the St. Joseph by-the-Sea faculty Stephen Hart Passed Away Unexpectedly
It is our sad duty to announce the passing of Mr. Stephen Hart. Mr. Hart has been an esteemed member of the St. Joseph by-the-Sea faculty since 2009. He was an anchor in the English Department, a #1 fan to our sports teams, and a moderator for many clubs, from Sports Discussion to Creative Writing.
So horrible to hear that a really good friend Stephen Hart passed away after learning he had liver cancer just a couple weeks ago. For those non Staten Islanders who didn’t know Steve, he was one of the best sports writers for the Staten Island Advance. He wrote many articles that actually featured me whether it was bowling, softball, baseball, and even did a nice write up for my mother & grandmother when they passed in 2013. You will be missed sir!
