Madison Lister Death; Family and friends continue to mourn the loss of Kinzua Bridge suicide victim
On February 12, 2025, Madison Lister of Mount Jewett, Pennsylvania, tragically died at Kinzua Bridge. Madison, who was born on January 8, 2002, in Bradford, Pennsylvania, to Shane and Heather Lister, was adored by her family and filled everyone with love, warmth, and happiness.
Madison has been loved and wanted since the beginning of her life. She had a natural nurturing nature and a deep passion for the natural world and animals. Everyone who had the pleasure of knowing her was profoundly impacted by her sweet disposition and loving attitude.
In addition to her siblings, Sierra (Kyle) Showers and Jake (Daphne) Lister, Madison is survived by her parents, Shane and Heather Lister, as well as her beloved nieces and nephews, Brynleigh, Danny, Kaelyn, and Johnny. Her maternal grandparents, Tom (Susan) Oliphant and Janice (Clarence) Proper, also have pleasant memories of her.
Madison Lister’s family and everyone who had the honour of knowing her will always be inspired and soothed by her legacy of love, generosity, and curiosity. Those that loved her will always carry her memories with them as a guiding light.
